What you will do:

• You will work on Abacus projects from analysis and conception to implementation and training and complete project work on your own initiative
• Implement evaluations, processes and interfaces and coordinate with project managers and software partners
• Maintain regular client contact and support our client on site or remotely

What we expect from you:

• You have completed a course or are currently training as a business informatics specialist or have similar qualifications
• You have in-depth computer science knowledge, programming skills and an interest how they relate to accounting
• Experience with Abacus ERP software is an advantage
• Analytical skills, good knowledge of IT and a keen interest in business IT solutions
• You enjoy interacting with clients and are fluent in German and English

To support our team, we are looking for a committed and experienced person with sound knowledge of payroll and HR. 

What you will do with us:   

• You will support customers in the area of payroll accounting and human resources and the Abacus payroll and HR applications. 
• You take care of the continuous optimisation of applications with HR processes.
• You support our customers in the implementation of their digital payroll and HR strategy, e.g. with the introduction of budget and forecast cockpits.
• You manage projects from the clarification/analysis of requirements through to design and implementation.
• You will be responsible for customer development, setup, set-up and quality control.
• You support and train our customers.
• You will take on other interesting and challenging tasks in the areas of payroll accounting and HR. 

What you bring with you:   

• You have basic training in the commercial/tax field and have attended specific further training courses.
• You have professional experience in payroll accounting and HR.
• You have in-depth knowledge of technical implementation, knowledge of ABACUS software is an advantage.
• You have good analytical skills and work in a structured manner.
• You enjoy dealing with customers and are fluent in German and English; knowledge of French is an advantage.

• You take care of the continuous optimisation of applications with HR processes (such as mobile time recording, employee self-service, applicant management, employee qualification, knowledge management, job plan and job allocation)
• You support our customers in the implementation of their digital HR strategy, e.g. the introduction of digital personnel files
• You manage projects from needs clarification/analysis to conception and implementation
• You are responsible for the further development of the customer, parameterisation, setup and implementation of quality controls
• You support and train our customers
• You will take on other interesting and challenging tasks in the HR environment

What you bring with you:

• You have a basic education in the commercial/fiduciary field and have completed specialised further training
• You have professional experience in payroll accounting and HR
• You have a sound knowledge of technical implementation, knowledge of ABACUS software is an advantage
• You are fluent in German, good knowledge of French and English is an advantage.
